“$300 AM Drawings” Texas Holdem Player Banked Promotion
- The promotion qualification will run Starting Feb 2nd 2026 – Feb 27th 2026.
- The promotional drawings will be held Mon-Fri at 10:00 am.
- Players will be able to earn “Tickets” the following ways.
- Only games that drop jackpot drop are eligible for this promotion.

Every player that is playing in a live game at:
- 7:00
- 7:30
- 8:00
- 8:30
- 9:00
- 9:30
Will receive one (1) entry ticket per dealer push.
- Drawings will occur Mon-Fri in Feb at 10:00am.
- Players may accrue up to six tickets daily.
- Tickets will be given out and placed in the ticket drum when their hours are verified by a licensed team member.
- The winner will receive $300 cash.
- Players must be a Monarch Rewards member to win.
- The tickets will be deposited into a locked and secured drum in the poker room.
- Tickets will be drawn from the drum at 1000 Mon-Fri by a licensed employee. Player must be present to win. Players will receive five (5) minutes to alert a team member to their presence. If the winning player does not show in the allotted time, the ticket will be discarded and a new ticket drawn until a winner has been declared.
Funding & Payout
Payouts will be made in accordance with Colorado. Any applicable taxes may be withheld.

The poker supervisor will complete a “Poker Jackpot Form” & the player will sign it.
The Player will provide a completed W-9 form.
All payouts will be logged into the Poker “Promotional” Spreadsheet.
All funds for this promotion will be withdrawn from the tertiary liability (Player Banked Promotional Fund).
The updated bad beat & player banked jackpot award shall be posted no later than 1600 hrs each day to the poker jackpot log, & in a place visible for players to see it. The employees who can change the totals are any Monarch Cage Supervisors, CSM’s or Monarch Supervisor or above independent from the poker room. The poker jackpot log will be forwarded to accounting at least once a month, or whenever a jackpot is awarded.
Management reserves the right to amend/terminate this player banked promotion at any time in accordance with CLG regulations 30-1046.
