The massage therapist will perform a full body massage that releases tension from tight muscles, allowing you to fall into a deeper sense of well-being. To further channel unity and balance between your mind, body and soul, this massage is enhanced with a chakra balancing mat that contains 7 natural gemstones and light therapy. Restorative Sound Bath Session

This intimate, one-hour experience offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a moment of stillness in the luxurious surroundings of Spa Monarch. Each Sound Bath session includes access to Spa Monarch, allowing you to extend your experience and enjoy the spa before or after your session. Space is limited to just eight guests per session for an intimate and tranquil experience. Advance registration is recommended.
