Hotel Policy

Reservation Policy: You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room. Government issued photo identification and credit card must be presented at time of check-in. Rates increase by $25 or more for each additional adult 18 years or older. Special requests are noted, but not guaranteed, and will be honored on a space available basis. Your credit card will be charged in full for all reservations. 

Spa packages are paid in full prior to arrival / check-in.

Resort Fee: $29.00 per night and includes; access to our fitness center, unlimited local phone calls, unlimited toll-free phone calls, two bottles of water in the room, use of indoor pool and spas, valet and self-parking and airline boarding pass printing services.

Cancellation Policy: To change or cancel your reservation, please call Reservations at (833) 826-9467. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of first night’s room and tax.

We offer complimentary valet and self-parking here at Monarch for your convenience.

Check-in 4 PM, Check-out 12 PM

Monarch Underage Policy: Families are welcome to enjoy dining at all of our restaurants. They must be seated before 9:00 pm. Upon completion of the meal, families may walk through designated areas of the Resort.

Persons under the age of 21 must wear and keep visible the wristband issued when they entered.

Families with minors under the age of 21 will be allowed to use the pool during designated times, 10am - 6pm. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Families attending functions at the meeting rooms will be allowed if previous arrangements had been made through the Sales Department.

Monarch has a curfew for all persons under the age of 21 from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Families not registered in the hotel will be required to depart the Resort.

At no time can anyone under the age of 21 be left unattended in any area of the Monarch Casino Resort Spa.

Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited to enter the following locations:

• Level 2 and 3 gaming areas
• Sportsbook

Smoke-Free Resort: Monarch Casino Resort Spa is a smoke-free resort.  No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on property outside of designated outdoor smoking areas.  No smoking of marijuana is allowed in any guest room or anywhere on property at any time.  A deep cleaning charge of $250, or higher based on additional cleaning time, will be charged for smoking in a room and/or for deodorizing any room of strong or unusual scents, fragrances, odors resulting from you use of the room.  

Pet Free Resort: Monarch Casino Resort Spa is a pet free resort.  A deep cleaning charge will be billed to any hotel room in which a pet is allowed entry.  Service animals as defined under Federal and/or Colorado state law are accepted.

Comp Usage Limitation: There is a 2-day waiting period between Comp usage for hotel stays.
