Tax-Exempt Certificate Upload

Tax Exemption Notice:

If you are claiming a tax exemption, you must upload a valid exemption certificate at the time of booking. Your tax-exempt certificate must be used with the same credit card it was originally issued for. Upon submitting this certificate, Monarch AR Department will contact you to complete a Credit Card Authorization to verify your Qualified Method of Payment and sign a Letter of Declaration to verify your exempt status. All required tax-exemption documentation and verification must be completed no later than 10 days prior to arrival. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in applicable taxes being charged.
