All returning team members have been tested for COVID-1

Monarch Casino Resort Spa is pleased to report that none of its over 200 Team Members who returned from furlough have tested positive for COVID-19 prior to re-opening day. All team members received free COVID-19 tests prior to beginning work after being recalled from furlough.

Monarch Casino has been working diligently behind the scenes since its closure in March to implement a stringent health and safety plan. The plan includes all state and county mandated requirements and adds several additional measures to keep Monarch team members and guests as safe as possible:

• Antimicrobial Microshield 360 applied to all high-contact surfaces
• Temperature checks will be required for everyone entering the casino
• Every other directly adjacent slot machine is closed or spaced to allow for social distancing
• All Team Members and guests are required to wear masks
• Guests are encouraged to socially distance from people and groups outside of their parties
• Capacity will be limited to allow for social distancing
• The Buffet at Monarch will serve a special menu for sit-down service for up to 50 diners at a time
• Team Members will clean all machines multiple times per day with Virex disinfectant
• Team Members will clean all surfaces such as restaurant counters and dining tables regularly with a Virex disinfectant
• Team Members will clean all public touchpoints such as handrails, elevator buttons, doorknobs and handles frequently with a Virex disinfectant
• Hand sanitizer and antimicrobial wipes will be available to all guests and Team Members
• Signage encouraging handwashing for at least 20 seconds will be posted in all restrooms
