Hundreds of new Team Members are needed to staff exciting positions throughout Monarch’s brand-new expansion that includes fine dining restaurants, a luxury hotel and an expanded gaming floor. Monarch Casino Resort Spa is a strong and growing company that did not lay off any Team Members during the COVID-19 crisis. Furloughed Team Members kept all of their health insurance coverage when they needed it most.
Guest and Team Member health and safety is a top priority for Monarch Casino Resort Spa. In an effort to keep guests and Team Members as safe as possible, all Team Members and guests are required to wear masks. In addition, temperature checks and health and wellness questions are required for everyone entering Monarch Casino Resort Spa.
